In addition to classic gas channel guides such as slot, HP or ring channel systems, the range also includes variants such as the spiral or WL system.

Various qualities such as spinel or high alumina are developed and tested in the in-house development department especially for this application.

The selection of the respective geometry, the gas channel system as well as the refractory quality is worked out in a customer-specific technical discussion.

A unique selling point at KNÖLLINGER is the in-house assembly and testing department for purging plugs.

The slogan “from the raw material to the end product” is fully applied here and thus ensures a consistent, high quality standard from a single source. KNÖLLINGER purging plugs are subject to a 100% inspection including corresponding documentation.
