Thanks to many years of experience in handling steel and iron melts and the explicit focus on precast parts, Knöllinger is capable of developing, designing and producing the most diverse products for steel and iron foundries. Here, too, use of precast parts results in significantly more profitable and more reliable processes. The product portfolio encompasses almost all melt-carrying components, e.g. siphon, crucible, ladle, moulds, monobloc stoppers, and diverse customer-specific products.

Furthermore, complete coordination is available, e.g. for foundry crucibles, which entails cleaning, disposal of used materials, relining and drying under controlled conditions. Foundry operators thus hand over all tasks related to refractory lining and gain high-quality lining that pays off through a high service life.
